Our mission is to build connections that empower charities and inspire donors to create meaningful change in the world.

Our Trust-Based Values

Center Relationships

Our unwavering commitment is to foster genuine connections with small grassroots organizations, communities, and individuals. We believe that together, we can co-create a better charitable sector that brings about meaningful change in all our lives.

Model Transparency

We operate with no hidden agendas, we wholeheartedly want the charitable sector to thrive. We firmly believe that transparency enables us to be our most authentic selves and serve the sector with integrity.

Empower Communities

We firmly believe that the communities we work with are the foremost experts in their own needs and solutions, and we are committed to amplifying their voices and agency.

Disrupt the Sector

We aspire to challenge traditional models and embrace innovative and inclusive approaches that prioritize change over ease. This disruption is essential for fostering more equitable and effective solutions.

Land Acknowledgement

Our work takes place on the traditional territories of numerous First Nations across Turtle Island, and we express our gratitude for the opportunity to live and work on these ancestral lands. We recognize the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of the Indigenous peoples, who have been stewards of these lands for time immemorial. We also acknowledge the many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples who make these lands their home today.

In our commitment to reconciliation, we strive to be respectful of the rights, perspectives, and experiences of Indigenous communities across Canada. We understand that reconciliation is an ongoing journey that requires continuous education, understanding, and collaboration. With a commitment to care for this land, it's people today, and future generations, we approach our work with intention and gratitude, fostering meaningful partnerships in the spirit of reconciliation.
